General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
of Renova Reformer GmbH

Valid for course participation and product sales
Scope of Application
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services (in particular Reformer courses) as well as to the sale of products (e.g. clothing, accessories, drinks) by Renova Reformer GmbH, with its administrative headquarters at Fabrikstrasse 10, 8854 Siebnen, Switzerland.
1.2. By booking a course or purchasing a product, you agree to these GTC.
Contract Conclusion and Cancellation (Courses)
2.1. The contract becomes binding upon booking a course – online or on-site.
2.2. If the cancellation is made in due time (at least 24 hours before the start of the course), the corresponding credit will be credited to your user account. This can be used for a future booking. A cash refund is excluded.
2.3. In the event of late cancellation or non-appearance, the credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
2.4. By registering for the waiting list, you agree to automatically move up as soon as a spot becomes available. In this case, the booking is deemed binding, and the regular cancellation conditions according to sections 2.2 and 2.3 apply.
Health, Liability, and Waiver of Liability
3.1. Participation in courses and use of the facilities is at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in the training.
3.2. In the event of health complaints or during pregnancy, it is recommended to seek medical advice beforehand.
3.3. Renova Reformer GmbH and its employees are only liable in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for health damage is excluded.
3.4. There is no entitlement to specific course times, trainers, or equipment. Subject to change without notice.
3.5. In the event of a suspension of training operations due to force majeure (e.g. illness, official orders, natural events), there is no claim for damages beyond a refund or credit note.
3.6. You are personally liable for damage caused by you or improper use.
3.7. Waiver of Liability
By participating in our courses, you expressly agree to train at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any liability claims against Renova Reformer GmbH, its employees and trainers, provided that there is no gross negligence or intentional behavior.
Terms of Payment
4.1. Course fees and product prices must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.
4.2. Without payment, there is no entitlement to course participation or product delivery.
Studio Rules and Hygiene
5.1. Wearing clean, non-slip socks is mandatory in the training room.
5.2. Food and glass bottles are not allowed in the training room.
5.3. Please only bring the essentials. Since there are no lockable cupboards or lockers, we recommend leaving valuables at home. The studio accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Rules of Conduct
6.1. Respectful and mindful interaction with other participants and staff is compulsory.
6.2. In the event of repeated misconduct, access to courses or facilities may be denied.
Course Changes and Cancellations
7.1. The studio reserves the right to change or cancel courses at short notice (e.g. in case of illness of the instructor). Amounts already paid will be credited or refunded.
7.2. In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, there is no claim for further damages.
Terms of Sale for Products
8.1. Renova Reformer GmbH sells products such as socks, training accessories, T-shirts, sports pants, and drinks in the studio and online.
8.2. All prices are in CHF including statutory VAT.
8.3. The purchase contract is concluded by payment in the studio or by a confirmed online order.
8.4. Clothing and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns are free of charge in the studio. In the case of returns by post, the return must be announced in advance by email to team@renovareformer.ch. In this case, you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.
8.5. For hygienic reasons, drinks and other sealed or perishable goods are excluded from return once they have been opened.
8.6. Defects or transport damage must be reported within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.
8.7. Delivery is only made within Switzerland. Delivery periods are non-binding.
8.8. The delivered goods remain the property of Renova Reformer GmbH until full payment has been received.
Memberships & Class Packs
9.1 Memberships – Contract Term & Cancellation
9.1.1. All memberships have a minimum term of 6 months and are automatically renewed for a further 6 months unless cancelled.
9.1.2. Cancellation must be made in writing by email to team@renovareformer.ch at least 30 days before the end of the current 6-month period.
9.2 Freezing Membership
A membership pause is only possible for valid reasons (e.g. illness, injury, travel) after prior written request and express approval from the studio.

each pause at least 5 consecutive days
9.3 Use of Membership
9.3.1. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
9.3.2. Membership credits are only valid in the respective billing month and will not be carried over to the following month.
9.3.3. Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the course, otherwise the credit is forfeited.
9.4 Class Packs & Single Credits
9.4.1. Class Packs and single credits are one-off purchases.
9.4.2. The respective period of validity is specified at the time of purchase and begins with the payment/purchase.
9.4.3. Unused credits expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
9.4.4. Classes must also be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the course for Class Packs and single credits. In the event of late cancellation or non-appearance, the corresponding credit is forfeited.
9.4.5. All memberships, Class Packs, and single credits are valid across locations and can be used in all studios of Renova Reformer GmbH within Switzerland, unless expressly communicated otherwise.
Privacy Policy
10.1. The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on collection and processing can be found in our privacy policy at www.renovareformer.ch/datenschutz.
Final Provisions
11.1. Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Schwyz.
11.2. Changes to these GTC as well as price changes will be announced on our website and are valid upon publication.
11.3. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose.

1. Scope
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services (particularly Reformer courses) as well as the sale of products (e.g. clothing, accessories, beverages) by Renova Reformer GmbH with its registered office at Unterdorfstrasse 35, 9524 Zuzwil, Switzerland.
1.2. By booking a course or purchasing a product, you agree to these GTC.
2. Conclusion of Contract and Cancellation (Courses)
2.1. The contract is conclusively concluded upon booking a course – either online or on-site.
2.2. If the cancellation is made in time (at least 24 hours before the start of the course), the corresponding credit will be credited to your user account. This can be used for a later booking. A cash payout is excluded.
2.3. In case of late cancellation or non-appearance, the credit expires and is not refunded.
2.4. By signing up for the waiting list, you agree to be automatically moved up as soon as a spot becomes available. In this case, the booking is considered binding, and the regular cancellation conditions according to clauses 2.2 and 2.3 apply.
3. Health, Liability, and Waiver
3.1. Participation in courses and the use of facilities is at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that you are health-wise able to participate in training.
3.2. In case of health issues or during pregnancy, it is recommended to seek medical advice in advance.
3.3. Renova Reformer GmbH and its employees are only liable in case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for health damages is excluded.
3.4. There is no entitlement to specific course times, trainers, or equipment. Changes remain reserved.
3.5. In case of failure of the training operation due to force majeure (e.g. illness, official orders, natural events), there is no entitlement to compensation beyond a refund or credit.
3.6. You are personally liable for any damages caused by you or improper use.
3.7. Waiver
By participating in our courses, you explicitly agree to train at your own risk. You waive – to the extent permitted by law – liability claims against Renova Reformer GmbH, its employees, and trainers, unless there is gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Course fees and product prices are to be paid in full upon booking or purchase.
4.2. Without payment, there is no entitlement to course participation or product delivery.
5. Studio Rules and Hygiene
5.1. In the training room, wearing clean, non-slip socks is mandatory.
5.2. Eating and glass bottles are not allowed in the training room.
5.3. Please bring only the essentials. Since there are no lockable lockers or cabinets, we recommend leaving valuables at home. The studio does not assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. A respectful and mindful interaction with other participants and staff is mandatory.
6.2. In case of repeated misconduct, access to courses or facilities may be denied.

8. Sales Conditions for Products
8.1. Renova Reformer GmbH sells products such as socks, training accessories, T-shirts, sports pants, and beverages both in the studio and online.
8.2. All prices are in CHF including statutory value-added tax.
8.3. The purchase contract is concluded through payment in the studio or through a confirmed online order.
8.4. Clothing and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Returns can be made free of charge in the studio. For returns by post, prior notification of the return via email to team@renovareformer.ch is required. You bear the return shipping costs in this case.
8.5. Beverages and other sealed or perishable goods are excluded from return for hygienic reasons as soon as they have been opened.
8.6. Defects or transport damages must be reported within 7 days. We will replace or refund the purchase price.
8.7. Delivery is only within Switzerland. Delivery times are non-binding.
8.8. The delivered goods remain the property of Renova Reformer GmbH until full payment has been made.
9. Memberships & Class Packs
9.1 Memberships – Contract Duration & Termination
9.1.1. All memberships have a minimum duration of 6 months and automatically renew for an additional 6 months unless terminated.
9.1.2. Termination must be made in writing via email at least 30 days before the end of the current 6-month period to team@renovareformer.ch.
9.2 Pausing (“Freeze”) the Membership
Pausing the membership is only possible for valid reasons (e.g. illness, injury, travel) after prior written request and explicit approval by the studio.

9.4.2. The respective validity period is indicated at the time of purchase and begins at the time of payment/purchase.
9.4.3. Unused credits expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
9.4.4. Classes must also be canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the course for class packs and single credits. In case of late cancellation or non-appearance, the corresponding credit expires.
10. Data Protection
10.1. The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on collection and processing can be found in our privacy policy at www.renovareformer.ch/datenschutz.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Only Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen.
11.2. Changes to these GTC as well as price changes will be announced on our website and will be effective from publication.
11.3. Should any individual provision of these GTC be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
