RENOVA. ACADEMY
The renova. SRT Academy provides a modern Reformer Pilates approach based on the principles of Slow Resistance Training (SRT) – intense, powerful, and precise, just like in our renova. Power classes.
Slow, controlled movements with constant resistance keep the muscles under tension longer, resulting in a profound, highly effective, and joint-friendly workout.
SRT is not classic Pilates, but a modern Reformer style that combines strength, stability, and mindfulness.
The training combines practice with a clear teaching structure and offers – if suitable – the opportunity to become part of the renova. Coach Teams .
WHAT YOU LEARN
renova. SRT Method & Reformer Exercises with Variations – on our r.Formers.
Movement Development & Muscle Activation – how to structure movements precisely, target muscles effectively, and manage training safely, including professional handling of the elastic resistance
Class Design & Coaching Skills – Planning and conducting a complete 45-minute renova. class, playlist creation, and confident presence as a coach

TRAINING STRUCTURE & NUMBER OF HOURS (140 HOURS)
PRESENCE TRAINING: 32 HRS.
Fundamental principles for movement, stability, and body perception
OBSERVATION / ACTIVE PARTICIPATION: 10 HRS.
Participation in renova. courses as well as - by arrangement - in other Pilates studios
free participation in renova classes with available spots
TEACHING PRACTICE: 10 STD.
Teaching courses with friends or family.
Use of the renova. studio outside of class times depending on availability.
SELF-STUDY 88 STD.
Supported by:
Spiral-bound training manual (approx. 140 pages)
1 year access to the online video library
COMPLETION
Practical completion (Implementation of a renova. SRT-Class)

CHF 690 (refundable)
HIRING
Graduates will be hired for trainer positions at renova depending on quality and style.
If successfully hired and upon a 6-month coaching commitment, the academy fee will be fully refunded after the completion of the commitment period. Partial refunds are not possible.
